Ryan N. Pogue was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in 2005. After more than eight years in private practice litigating cases, Ryan transitioned to real estate transactions and established his first title agency in 2013. After a successful start, Ryan joined a regional title agency as Senior Vice President where he focused on business development and commercial real estate transactions.

Ryan has a passion for real estate law and helping clients achieve their real estate goals, whether homebuyers, investors, or commercial clients. He has built relationships and friendships with referral partners across the real estate spectrum that he draws on in order to meet the needs of his clients.

In 2019, Ryan formed Commonwealth Title Group, LLC to continue to provide the highest quality title and legal services for both commercial and residential real estate transactions. Having been appointed as an agent for the nation’s leading underwriters, Ryan’s experience includes sales and refinances, as well as defeasance transactions and 1031 exchanges, involving single-family residences, investment, commercial/industrial, and multi-family properties for individuals, entities, and investors.

In 2019, due to the support of his real estate partners and clients, Ryan was named to Louisville Business First’s list of “20 People to Know in Real Estate.”

Ryan resides in Louisville with his wife and three children. He enjoys running, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
